It feels like we are sleepwalking towards League One, with malicious and negligent owners deliberately appointing an incompetent Head Coach to help us get there.

Are we really just going to collectively sit back and watch this affront take place ??

God help Charlton if we go back into League One next season. Lookman, THD and Cousins will be sold and replaced with Network crap. Attendances will fall to 5,000 and a new generation of fans will go to the Olympic Stadium to watch Premier League football cheaply.

Don't be conned and fooled by unrepresentative 'representatives' who are more interested in getting their snouts back in the trough.

Only car park protests starting with Leeds will force change IMO.

the trouble is, if we stay in the champ, laurel and hardy's plan to play the youth and euro chav, and make a profit will have been seen as having worked.

people are voting with their feet. they'll come back when they're gone. roland's approaching 70...

Yep - our "interim" has now overseen 6 games, losing 4 and in the same position, yet there hasn't been one single update on the "managerial search".

Instead some corners are applying to assist the club in the doomed target 20,000. The rubbish meeting with KM had the desired effect for the club, coupled with the "growing" interaction with fans since.

A level of acceptance seems to overcome the fan base. Not happy, but acceptance of what KM said. It's his club and he'll do as he wants.

Vol is right, angry protests are the only hope. If Fraeye gets sacked he'll be replaced by another Belgian nonentity, the rumours have already started about his replacement's identity. The alternative is to stop going as many have done but I don't feel ready for that yet, I like the walk down Floyd Road. Roland was driven out of SL and he can be driven out of Charlton. The fans are either angry or resigned to the Belgian's lunacy. I think anger is better.

My friend had a good idea, to start buying tickets in the away end, and drop banners over the Jimmy Seed stand saying "I've rather sit here! #ROLANDOUT" or other protest messages such as "I want to know what it's like to win #ROLANDOUT". That is if you buy on a ticket by ticket basis. That would get quite a lot of traction.

By and large 99% of football fans are actually nice people, and if you talk to the away fans, they'd probably be more than welcome to help you out. Given that they wouldn't want an owner as such at their club. Help you spread the word too. Could get an interview in papers, etc. Controversial but would have an effect.

Risking having your head kicked in. Hardcore away supports wouldn't let you drop a flag.

I cannot imagine many of them being like that, you might get one or two isolated but exercise caution. Given that Bolton would only bring close to 30 fans, that'll be one to do. I've gone to other matches as a neutral, and have pleasant conversations with many of the home crowd; even after they found out that I was a Charlton fans. None in my history have ever wanted to kick my head in.

Difference walking to and from a ground with home supporters, to wanting to drop a flag in their end IMO.

The police definitely wouldn't allow it.

**** sending Duchatelet Xmas cards FFS !

What is wrong with us ??

The short term benefit of more protests would be binning Fraeye and maybe forcing them to get a proper manager in. It s nearly too late. We won't get these fans back once they have gone,, West Ham v Man Utd soon coming up cheap only 4 miles away.

Hope Leeds beat us 10-0 on Saturday and fans spontaneously protest in the West Stand car park at full time, followed by a proper, organised protest pre Bolton.

Look at what Neil Lennon has said about Tony Watt today.

This CEO is taking the p1ss.

To be fair, 1k a week is too high for Bolton right now.

The fact we offered him to a relegation rival is much more concerning.

Cant imagine the club selling season tickets in away end, as for getting head kicked in doubt it, they would see why people are in that end and most only fight like minded people who are up for a tere up

Only takes 1 person to take offence though. You see it kick off when an away fan is in the home end.

Plus again, the police wouldn't let this get off the ground.

We need to be innovative in our approach. Current methods is just not enough to turn out the masses. It's evident that there's more than 2%, but it's not in the 90%+ that are unhappy and want action. Probably closer to 50/50 that are willing to do something vs. those not willing.

I still think making a fan made video, and putting it on the jumbotron, would be a good one. Although to achieve that might be a whole "Mission Impossible" scenario, and could land you in trouble with the law. Even go as far as creating CharltonLeaks and put all of their emails and sensitive information up on it (again, slightly illegal).

It's scary how many casual fans aren't aware of some of the clubs malpractices. The whole Gomez deal really being £3.5million went under the radar, when it should be challenged why the club originally refuted claims from up north that was the amount, claiming it was ''a lot more than that''.

Stop trying to jump in bed with KM and unite the fans.

Any win however rare seems to dampen the fans unrest or mist of them ...I agree with Royston hope we get battered by Leeds then mass protest at full time.
I did think maybe something like that may of happened after Ipswich but fans just tend to go home once we are getting hammered at full time there was barely anyone there

Thing is, we are going to lose to Leeds, and most likely Bolton Wanderers. Leeds picking up wins, we sure as hell ain't, and Bolton was unlucky against Cardiff.

We will struggle against them if we play Sarr, etc. They're going to be thinking "this is our chance to pick up points//we might get off the foot of the table with this win"

Protests won't change him, staying in this division won't change him either. It's lose lose for us. The only hope we have is that he pops his clogs soon.
