What's happened to Clyne recently? I think him and Fimino have been awful these past two games but I'm hoping for a resurgence from Firmino once Coutinho returns.

clyne is a strange one. I don't think he's done great to be honest. firmino is the most wasteful player around the pitch I've seen since garcia. He did well v city in advanced positions but as an attacker he gives is way very sloppily too much. I think he needs more time to adapt to the pace of the prem and needs to develop more precision and thought in his general control and passing. You can't just lay it off anywhere and not take care here as a hlaf hit pass or under hit will be pressed on fast.

He was both tbh. I don't think he got a single pass off yesterday. We've seen moments of brilliance from him so we know he's more than capable but he's so far only played well with Coutinho. I like pairings in the team but not if the players only perform when they are paired. #rushanddalglish #keeganandtoshack #hyypiaandhenchoz
Clyne has massively disappointed since he has come in, yes he has been generally solid, but he is nothing like the player we saw at Southampton.
Agree that Clyne has been poor offensively but he's very good defensively and getting up and down the pitch. Better than the waste of space we had before!
Agree with the criticism of Firmino - struggled since man city. Hopefully will see more from him when Sturridge is up front.
18 months, to be seriously even thinking of "a title" which to Klopp means a cup. He might swing one if the winds blow in our favour this season but to be actual contenders to be thought of a lot of work is needed.
Agreed. Reasonably good defensively. A guy who needs a bit of development to really be where he needs to be. Same as moreno who's enjoyed his time with klopp greatly but is very weak at the back stick. He's ok when the ball is on his side and defending his own area directly but he needs to learn how to pick up runs. everyone needs time to develop but these two have more chance under klopp and some.
