Driving my wife to a job in Gateshead 30 mins ago - to be put in such a dangerous situation from a complete lunatic - driving his car so reckless by swerving in and around other cars speeding up to tailgate other drivers myself included then causing other drivers to brake suddenly by slamming on his brakes for no reason - he looked totally of his trolley laughing and gesturing at other drivers - If I would have got hold of the twat...I read last week a idiot got banned and jailed for a similar offence caught and by another driver using a dash cam - anyone here use a cam whilst driving?

I've contemplated it since I'm out and about on the roads 2/5 days a week and often more. Seems to me that there are more and more people on the roads that are really bad drivers, and in your case above Diddles - complete idiots.
I think there's a website where all this dashcam stuff gets uploaded to, surely the old bill can just use that and nick a load of people? I think my boss had got us all one each but I'm not sure where mine went, I normally find at least a handful of things to upload every time I drive into town, so I'll need at least a 16gb memory card! They're not expensive, I think you can pick them up for £15, or one that doesn't shake when you go over bumps for about £40.
It a real worry as it is not unusual. I see plenty of drivers down this way, young & old racing through the streets at speed and not giving a toss. A car went past me in my estate at about 40mph+, I gave an indication that I was unhappy but he raced off. About an hour later I was stood on the pathway with my 2-year old granddaughter and he again sped past going out of the estate, slowing down to give me the evil eye before accelerating away. A complete ****wit, but as I said earlier, not unusual.

What really pissed me off this morning - was the drivers totally deliberate and incredibly dangerous actions with no regards for his own safety let alone anyone else - he was old enough to know better- would reckon in his fifties and drove recklessly from the Grindon Mill pub on the Broadway onto the A19 and turned off at the A1231 - on that bit of journey he pissed off and goaded at least 6 other car drivers - my missus filmed some of his driving on her mobile camera
I warned a lad about his speed in the road where I live telling him about children stepping out etc.he chose to ignore my advice and one evening him and another decided to go round the block time after time then it happened somebody pushed a wheelie bin out from the back of my van into the road. Shame about his pride and joy getting a ****ed up front end but there you go
