Coffeefor me. Italian roast freshly coarse ground in a grinder and then brewed in a French press. That's my morning ritual every morning when I get in the office. Once I lose my office and go to a cube farm I'll probably have to go back to preground beans as the coffee grinder will probably be too noisy.
Coffee in the morning and Coffee before bed... The rest of the time it's tea, mate, or Rooibos. Recently my evening coffee (and weekend coffee) has been spiked with Nocello.
Rooibos is a grass from the Kalahari. Sometimes called redbush or red tea. Similar to tea but not quite. An aquired taste I presume. I didn't like my first cup... But I had bought a box and so I decided to finish it. 2nd cup was alright. 3rd cup I was hooked and loved it. Nocello is an Italian liquor made from walnuts. Bit overly sweet by itself but mixed well with coffee, cream, sour mix or orange juice. I've only recently discovered Nocello myself. I love it in my coffee.
