Pie tax will potentially put people off. Certainly it will move some to other areas of the ground due to finances.... Ok it's a commercial decision, but why mid season and why in the only part of the ground that is near enough full every week. If bates had done it we would all be screaming.
A paper never refuses ink. Reminds me of pre internet days and particularly when Id be on holidays. A five line paragraph about anything about Leeds would be enough to get me to buy that paper. No way then of knowing if story was complete bullshit. However, now we can question all these articles as we usually have a lot more info than the journos. Same applies to supporters of all teams. Reporters havent changed their habits, they just dont realise most fans dont read their rubbish anymore
Of course its wrong. Wasnt my point though. Waccoe were screaming for this ridiculous 17 minute protest before the game and a grand total of 30 walked out. Doesnt look like its a huge issue for too many Glory and hell likely get away with it as usual
I've no idea as if he did or didn't is of very little interest to me,Cellino has a passion for football and I'm sure would like to and have some input or opinion as would any owner, but Evans has convinces me that any team he puts out, will be only his.His last words yesterday were go ask any of my previous club owners if anyone else picks my teams they will all tell you the same answer.
As I said before the game only a Cretin walks out after they pay to get in...... There will be some and even if it's one or two that say that's it. Under Cellino there are stars breaking camels back nearly every week. Without a decent team to support the fan base is more important than ever and it should be looked after. No wonder both Sheffield clubs are getting attendances that embarrass us on a regular basis.
No one knew about the protest, fair few pies thrown on the pitch during the game, will cost the club a big fine and maybe stand closeure if they continue with it.
Must be a lot of fans with no access to twitter or Leeds forums. I read it in numerous locations. Must be the same fans that dont bother whats going on behind the scenes. Maybe theyre right too
It's a fiver extra to get in, dearest seats in the ground. Only cheaper options are the kop and north east/west corners. Besides most of east stand is now families only. Just one section l31 is open to general sale. That's where jock sits and that explains the emptiness!
Surely worth an extra fiver for the view. For anyone wanting to see the game, the view from the lower seats in south stand are diabolical. LL and myself have even better views
Morning troops. Didn't look as though the protest amounted to much in the end. But it does look as though someone pee'd off the stewards. Good result protest or no protest. Maybe 4 1 4 1 is the way forward. Only 7pts off top 6. Can we keep it going?
Not worth an extra fiver for those who haven't got it.... Not everyone can spread gossamer layers of Tarmac and sell pegs and lucky heather tax free.
Just go to one less game a year to subsidise the extra fiver. Shouldnt be too hard to find a **** game to leave out. Youre managing it
Nah, most of those in that stand are only there for a few games per season. They get thrown out half way through or lose interest. A few more yesterday
