Well apparently, Rudd had a good game.
Let's not get too despondent - look where Leicester were at the beginning of this year and look where they are now!!!!

It is astonishing to say the least. I am still struggling to believe they will be anywhere near the top in May but if they do end up as a top 4 team that kind of blows the theory that "small" teams cannot compete with the "big boys" anymore, right out of the water.
You say that, but Mahrez cost them £500k. What I wouldn't give for us to make a signing like that in January!
Yes and remind me how much Vardi cost too ? Yet another thing that irks me about our club is our scouting system or lack of it.

I don't think our scouting system has ever been much good other than in the late 80's. Since that time, until perhaps 4 years ago, we have quite heavily depended on youth team players coming through but that seems to have dried up with the odd exception. If we go down, I want to see the likes of the twins and Loza given a real run to prove their worth.
F***....Even Bournemouth can beat Chelsea, with all their injuries....
Down we go!
Wonder what the odds on that, I'm sure you'd be in to make a fair bit if it came off.No, I'm going down the bookies to put a bet on that we stay up!!!!!
Jesus! Who do they think will go down instead?!Well FML - looks like I'll have to bide my time, as we're only 2-1!!!!

My problem is, every time I think of Stoke, I automatically want them to fail - which is purely a throwback to the horrible Pulis era. As you say, FML, they've moved on from that.Stoke were incredible yesterday. I really like the the look of them this season. Arnautovic, Shaqiri, Butland, Bojan. They look fantastic this season.

Their football is just really gripping to watch now. The players I mentioned, plus Afellay I like, Van Ginkle came on, and he's exciting. It's about time those Stoke fans got some decent football. My problem is, every time I think of Stoke, I automatically want them to fail - which is purely a throwback to the horrible Pulis era. Having said that, I loathe Mark Hughes for the way he shat on Fulham as soon as QPHa came knocking.
But credit to him - and them, for their current top half position and useful haul of 22 points so far![]()
