Another great day....(if we can capitalise tomorrow). Not getting carried away but Leicester, Liverpool and Everton could all make top four at this rate <laugh> Imagine that......

Moyes was hated at OT for " aspiring" to be like City, Mr Potatohead now uses a City player and the most hated player ever at OT to prove just how ****e his attackers are.<laugh>

Pellegrini moaning City only have 13 or 14 fit players <laugh>

What they really mean is... we don't have enough decent home grown players under the age of 21 so had to only pick 21 players over the age of 21 for the PL squad and as such when a couple of them get injured we have to go and pick some young players and because we keep trying to spend the most money on already made stars, we don't actually have any faith in the young players in the club to stick them in the team.

Instead of trying these youngsters in a few games and mixing them with the established stars... we have decided to just play the same fit players over and over again and then moan that we have to play the same players and they don't perform when they are tired... <ok>

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/35017218

"City named a Premier League squad of 21 players in September, four short of the maximum of 25"

"With five of the 21-strong squad injured before the trip to the Britannia, all of the remaining 16 except for third-choice goalkeeper Richard Wright were either in the starting 11 or on the bench."

"The three remaining substitute spots were filled by under-21 players Kelechi Iheanacho, Manuel Garcia Alonso and Cameron Humphreys-Grant"

"We are playing in other competitions with the same 13 or 14 players," said Pellegrini. "Without doubt the players didn't recover from the last two games. "

But apparently Rooney is World Class.... Martial is a £50m striker and Depay is the best young player in Europe after scoring 30 goals last year....

    Or so United fans claim?

Rooney's past it, Martial has never reached it and Depay can't hack it.

What do you make of LVG claiming that Suarez & Aguero would have a field day in your team then <whistle>

I never read the article, but LVG is a muppet so who cares what he says. Rooney is finished imo (although LVG is accelerating that process) nevertheless the idea that many of our current players, including Martial and Depay should be written off after 3 months is ridiculous by any stretch of the imagination if you've seen either of them play.

Not us writing them off... it's LVG saying they aren't good enough to score from all those awesome chances you're creating <ok>

Can't really see why the knives are out for LvG, he was supposedly brought in to stabilise the club with a CL place a must in his first season, he's delivered on both counts and got the club currently in a top 4 spot mid season.
Utd's fans just can't get used to the Fergieless years yet.

Both counts? What was the second?

You might have a point if any of us, who expect him to do better, actually ever spoke about Fergie. There are plenty of managers who will do better than LVG with this squad of players, which I am sure is capable of playing better and achieving more. None of them include Fergie btw

    Stabilising=1....Top 4 finish=2....<grr>

You fellers don't need to mention Fergie, but its as clear as day that dealing without him and dealing without the almost guaranteed seasonal success is to much for the majority of Utd fans.

Plus the players that you reckon would bring success under a different manager are in the main LvG's signings, maybe he should have been a DoF at Utd with Giggs fronting the club?

Surprised Man City only lost 2-0. Stoke could have battered them by 5 or 6.

Hey don't diss the 0-0 and the point. Just look at what happened to City and Chelsea at home. A point against a top side beater like Whammers is better than a defeat. The first top side to get a point against them: look at the bright side it could be worse <whistle>

Stoke had good movement and short sprints up front to gain position but didn't have the finishing, Hart made a couple of good saves/interventions as well the prick

Highlight of the day at OT was Mata leading the crowd in a rendition of the Joe Hart ditty.
