No thanks, I'm just asking you not to be personal. There are some you expect it from and others you don't.
To be honest, I think you are getting way to precious at suggesting that comment was 'getting personal'
the moment our tanks rolled in IS would disperse and fight a guerilla war. it would be like trying to find 1000's of needles in one big middle eastern haystack! the only way we can give them a right good pummelling is from above without warning or time for them to think. We have a better idea where their men and armies are by looking from above. As soon as there is a build up of western troops on the border they will go into hiding and we will know next to nowt! IS would probably enjoy having a crack at us anyway, we would be like sitting ducks and we'd be playing right into their hands! it would be a bloodbath, western troops, IS, civilians would suffer. Can you imagine if IS still had an army presence keeping hold of a city and saw our far superior outfit hiding in wait behind the nearest mountain. they would probably slaughter the population before scarperring. All i know is that whatever decisions are made over here, people are gonna suffer and its IS's fault, not ours.
I'm not being precious nor am I offended. There is just nothing contributed to a discussion by comments such as "imagine Cardew leading us into war" and "please put your head in front of a bus you ****". If you can tell me one little thing that was added to the conversation by either of those pleasant interjections that you seemed to enjoy then I'll gladly accept
Again, with me it's nothing personal against you. I seen them as humorous comments, like the one above your last comment I liked. It's the internet mate, how personal can it get? People must just see things differently and have different mentalities, I suppose
Fair enough. I always try to accept other people's opinions and try to explain why I think they're wrong, rather than just taking the piss out of them. All I ask is the same courtesy
That stopped having an effect when you posted it for the 10th time, all the times after that have just been boring. I already said I worded that poorly, what more do you want?
**** you You know I'm never one to whinge about the piss being taken out of me. Time and place though and this is, you would hope, at least a semi-serious matter to a lot of us haha. No worries
Banning the purchase of Syrian oil would seem a logical place to start given it is generally accepted that is their largest source of funding.
As long as it isnt buses. But i guess a lorry is good enuff. Gan on cardew place ya heed in the path of the front tyres. Ya ****.
