He's said not to bother voting for him hasn't he as he's not a role model, so fair enough.

Very few men are capable of making a cup of tea while lying on their back.

I'm going to miss the "big night", unless they have it on in the pub.

The bookies still have it as a two-horse race - but Ennis is now odds on, while Murray has drifted out. Sinfield could well come third.

For anyone who missed it, Jess came third, Sinfield second and Murray won.

Kevin Sinfueld should have walked it to be fair, he came second and you can almost guarantee that the vast majority of those votes came from the relatively small area of the M62 corridor.

Had we not won the Davis Cup, Sinfield would've won it by a landslide.

Agreed - Danny Kent should have been up there. I suppose the fact that the BBC no longer cover MotoGP may just be a factor. Just for the record though Barry Sheene's last GP World Championship was 1977 (not 1979) - yes I know that's being picky!

Fair points, although in my defense the '79 quote was off the top of my head and my memory is not improving with age <laugh>...still,just makes his achievement even more impressive.
