Juventus, Inter, Milan and more are interested in taking Croatia striker Andrej Kramaric from Leicester City.

The 24-year-old only arrived in January for €9m, but has been pushed down the pecking order by the extraordinary form of Jamie Vardy.

Yesterday Vardy broke Ruud van Nistelrooy’s record by scoring in 11 consecutive Premier League matches.

This means Kramaric has played only 12 minutes of Premier League football this season.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Kramaric is frustrated and eager for a January move, so Serie A clubs are keeping an eye out.

He had already been targeted by Juve, Inter and Milan last year and is expected to demand a transfer in January.

The Italian reports claim initial contact has already been made between the Italian clubs and his agent.

Think Italy is probably more suited to his game.

Weren't Chelsea interested last January? Maybe his risk of moving to the big club hasn't worked out and he should have signed for the lower league side to get more game time rather than being a bench warmer here. Maybe when we play them on the 14th we can put him on when we're 3-0 up to put him in the shop window and tempt them <laugh>

Not too fussed, at least abroad he won't be able to score against us, that is unless we draw the side he joins in the champions league next season <whistle>

Fair enough - will go on the crap buys list along with Akinbiyi sadly.

We are linked with a few strikers ranging from Austin to Slimani so can see us bringing in someone straight away or recalling the likes of Dodoo or giving Panayiotou a shot.

Best move for us would probably be Celtic who he has linked with recently aswell

He has ability but he is still very raw

... true but he is certainly no Akinbiyi .. he's a talent but has been denied an opportunity for the right reasons ...

problem is, if vardy gets injured or his form dips, kramaric i see as the natural 'scorer' to replace him rather than a supporting striker. I wouldnt want him to go till the summer.

Kramaric still got something to offer I reckon, it's just that the team have performed beyond expectations that have limited his playing time. I sympathise with his predicament as he's obviously a talent, and needs game time to justify his place in the Croatia side. Hopefully Ranieri will re-assure him that his chance will come as I see him being successful if he moves somewhere else. A loan within the premier league with a recall clause makes sense, but I expect he would prefer something on the continent.

Maybe when we reach 40 points, the tinkerman may start tinkering, maybe resting players like Vardy so he can heal some of the injuries and bumps hes been playing through (take note Sturridge), especially if we are outside of the top 6 reckoning by this point.

Raneiri stated that if any player wants to leave, they can do - having a disgruntled player won't do us any good at all so if he leaves fair enough.

People have been suggesting that we should try Shlupp up front - ready made replacement there.

It's alright saying that they can go if they don't want to be here, but if Vardy gets injured we need kramarics goals and that's the bottom line

What goals? Okazaki has scored 2 in 14 like him and Ulloa scored 1 in 7 which is the same strikerate this season (along with 11 in 37 last season).

He came with a great reputation but hasn't capitalised on it - all he is has achieved is becoming our 4th choice forward and it genuinely won't be a big loss for him to leave.

If he doesn't, hopefully he will knuckle down and meet his high expectations.

I know, but pure gut instinct tells me that ulloa and Okazaki are great supporting strikers but kramaric has goals

I predicted big things from him as well but the fact is that he hasn't delivered so far - he was excellent for me in Football Manager so that does create a bit of a biased opinion from myself as according to that glorified speadsheet, he should score 25+ goals a season.

Give him a few games in the FA Cup to see what he can do. He needs to be able to show what he can do.

Imo, Ulloa and Okazaki are in front of him as they are providers, and with Vardy in such form, its the type of player we need to assist him.
