Was stirring a bit after OLM's comment the other day that anyone doing the presser was very likely to start.
I think even OLM has said Snodds wont start. But equally I can see why Snodds is doing the presser today. Any mention of pie tax in the presser I wonder ?
With Abel injured we are starting to look a bit thin. Akpom is crap up front on his own so would you stick with this formation or change it around? I'd be tempted to get Hayden in midfield and push Diame up front.
I'm proper worried that this weekend will see a'typical City' performance, everything in our favour, opponent in disaray off the field, almost a guaranteed **** up from our end in seasons past.......
It's a tricky one. There seems little point in having Elmo & Clucas putting in crosses if there's no-one there capable of converting them. For that reason I would put Luer up front instead of Hernandez. Certainly not Akpom after the Man City game.
After sixteen months out and having returned the game before a return to a club where he's a bit of a hero, he was always likely to be in the chair today.
Even though Leeds are not the best this will still be a difficult game, any away fixture in the championship is not easy and going there without Dawson, Myler and Hernandez is three key players in fact you could say the spine of the team. Goals don't seem to come easy with our leading scorer missing but we still have the quality to get a much needed win. One point from the last six isn't good enough when others around us keep winning, Everyone going back the lads its a big game and drive carefully the weather looks awful. Come on City lets stick it up um.
I'd now go with this... --------------McGregor Odubajo Davies Maguire Robertson Elmo Hayden Livermore Clucas ----------Diame Maloney I'm ignoring Luer because Bruce won't start him. It won't be this though, he will almost certainly start with Huddlestone and probably Akpom (purely because he's an Arsenal player).
Could play Clucas up front, didn't he play there for Chesterfield? Diame looked good on the left wing against Man City. At least, that looked where he was supposed to be playing. Some of the time.
