I would be staggered if we were not trying to buy in Jan. I cannot think of a position where we couldn't realistically improve bar left back, VVD and possibly tadic.

Whether we can actually get anyone in Jan is another matter

 

It would be great if we can get a couple of decent signings, just to freshen things up if nothing else. Right Back is an obvious priority, but is there one available that would join us and step up to the plate straightaway? A goal poacher would be useful too if we aren't going to give any of our current incumbents a chance to shine.

 

We need big nasty blighters who know every professional trick in the book then we might become top 4 but in the meantime we are far too nice and timid except for Victor.

I really do think we need to get a striker/attacker in. We can't rely on Jrod being fit for most of this season it seems and it also seems from all the noises that Juanmi hasn't really settled. Can you imagine if we signed no-one and then we lost Pelle or Mane for 2/3months - we would be screwed!

Ideally someone who can play wide & up top would be nice.

Hopefully Mane will see what's happened to Depay at Utd and think better of it.
