This is bordering on Lizards territory. As you're assuming that 'Big Brother' would have even the vaguest interest in the average Joe. There's a big, bad World out there mate and it's full of sharks and low lifes scamming people from dusk to dawn. Surveillance powers are now essential tools in the armory of the law enforcement in the C21st as the net is such an all encompassing part of every day life.
They don't have interest in the average Joe. The problem is when they incorrectly assume you are more. They can put you away for something else unrelated usually uninforced just because you're a suspect. That to me is a corruption of justice. Heavens to be if we ever got a truly corrupt government in place.
Tescots. They had different sizes, mine is very mini but they had medium-mini and larger-mini, then proper trees and fake ones too. They'd put them all in that random bit between the doors and the actual supermarket. Gonna plant mine and use it next year when it'll be bigger
