OMG .... he was on fire last night and against Stoke. The number of times he was saying "great play" when Liverpool attacked was doing my nut.

At the final whistle I felt like Billy no Mates. I was the only person (apart from the very lovely Mrs Godders:emoticon-0115-inlov) sat in my row and all around me the place was virtually deserted. Getting out of the ground and up to the town after the match was the easiest it has ever been. It is not just the team that needs to hang their heads in shame you know.

6-1 down when most of the team had givrn up. I don't blame people for leaving early. They paid good money to see very well paid footballers play that badly.

I'm with you Godders. The singing at the end was a reminder that we were there for the team.

I'm with Godders. The singing at the end was a reminder that not all the fans had given up on them :p

    * PS. I stayed to the end, but didn't sing during that relentless last 15 minutes by the Northam*

Why should they feel the need to hang around when your team is 6-1 down at home? I stayed until the end but I don't blame anyone who left after the 5th goal went in.

The players had given up though. That's my whole point. People seem to want to moan at others for having view. A person who pays to see Saints can leave early if they wish, they can stay 10mins after if they wise to ( if the stewards allow it). The person paying to see entertainment has a right to do as they feel within the law obviously.

I actually applauded Sturridge's first goal. I couldn't believe he beat the keeper from that angle...

I now believe the applause may have been misplaced.

Caulker is so ****ing ****. How he can get a game for Saints when we have Yoshida available is beyond me.

I actually think there is/should be an unwritten etiquette here though Beefy... forgetting the game last night. I missed quite a bit of the action in the last 5 minutes before half time with a larger than normal number of people going downstairs and then loads at the end. Does it not matter that I paid my money too?

I mentioned this earlier. Just how far behind the defensive line can a CB be?

I was sat near him yesterday.

He was sat with Reed and Targett and was signing loads of autographs and posing for photos in the final ten minutes or so, after emerging from the players' box to talk with supporters.
