It makes £54 to see us beating Chelsea seem cheap.

Morning all, a bright but frosty start to the day. I have a thorn in one of my fingers that I cannot get out yet. It definitely cramps your ability to type. An attack with a needle is called for I think.

Tiring day yesterday - Mrs L rests up the day following - and tries not to think too much about the follow up journey for the results on Monday. As always we hope the condition remains as it has for the last three years she has been on this particular drug- but it is human to worry.

I can imagine how difficult it is for the two of you Leo. My friend in Dorset is faced with similar problems, but in his case it is his daughter who has two young children. She was thought to be clear two years ago, but it has returned, and now she is being treated with a trial medication. Unfortunately when her husband found out she was ill he took off and left her to get on with it.

Bonsoir, mes amis. I can now spell bouillabaisse and know which Languedoc rose goes best with it. Mrs H and I have enjoyed the food market, the Jardin des Plantes, the cathedral and some Christmas beer and mulled wine...and it's only day 1 of 15! Where are we? Not in Hampshire <laugh>
