Aye, I was discussing it with my wife and we know the strong feelings that are prevalent on some health matters, in some regions of the USA. This does seem strange as it is being focused on the health centre (by the media reports), but has the characteristics of some sort of terrorist attack - but it would be foolish to jump to wrong assumptions. Edit: Sorry, not well stated.
Yea, they actually hit a holiday party being thrown by a different state agency and they didnt actually hit the health care center workers. I would be surprised if this was a religious thing, it sounds a lot more like one of our militia groups. Which we havent had a lot of since the late 90's not that I want to jump to conclusions its just really unusual all the way around.
This is a strange one. Seems like there is a runner who is drawing attention from a very strange 'flea-carrier' armoured vehicle. Considering the precedents available, this seems to have the authorities confused. We are all going trough testing times.
They keep changing their minds about what happened. Currently they are saying that someone went to state environmental health services meeting that is open to the public (most state meeting are open to the public, my girls meeting are all open to the public) in which they were also doing a holiday party after the meeting. The person started yelling at them walked out and came back a few min later with other gunmen. If we give them 5 more min they will have a new theory. My girl says they have to watch a CHP video on shooters at public meetings and they watched a video that described how to attack the shooter with a fire extinguisher
I'm watching news video of the the police following a dog tracker, on a main road, I mean literally?? They are moving like a procession, it is really bizarre; it seems gunmen stick to tarmac! This is 11am on a lovely sunny day - it cannot be accepted, it is simply daft. On Black Friday, every 2 seconds, a background firearms check was being made (apparently). Only in the USA and I wish you luck with that dilemma.
Actually, it sounds as if the shooter worked there - got into an argument and stormed off, returning later with his wife, armed.
You would think someone with aspirations to be a journalist would refrain from facile comments until they were conversant with what happened. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ss-shooting-police-search-three-suspects.html
That seems to be the actions that took place, but we don't appear to understand why; not yet, anyway.
As it was a member of the religion of peace and not the NRA meaning the usual, anti American rants won't apply so the topic will no doubt be locked.
I don't know why, just who. Maybe they were serving non halal meat or playing music or something equally reprehensible.
Because they deal with people who have mental health problems and people who can have health related problems which can make people act out. Dont hospitals and mental health places where you are have a ton of cops around? Its like the DMV which always has at least one armed guard, because the DMV sucks so bad they always have people go ape **** on them.
This is England, we don't need the police to guard any medical facilities. And the only place we have armed police are airports and outside the House of Commons.
