We had 6 shots on target. Scored all 6.

We never needed to buy goals in the summer, we just need a manager to set this team up, and thats exactly what we got! Klopp! Love him.

    Southampton's torment is over.
They took the lead after 39 seconds, dominated for 20 minutes, and then were handed a footballing lesson

Anyone else finally going to join me in backing Origi to come good?

The lad has talent, just needs a manager who backs him.

Hoping for City in the semis. As that will be the best way of setting up a derby in the final

Completely agree - voted one of the best youngsters before he joined us.

As you say, needed a manager who backed him and more importantly, gave him confidence.

Sturridge will get the plaudits today because of his ability to change a game, but Origi was brilliant. Played a selfless role alongside Sturridge by dragging defenders out wide, he made some runs in behind the defence and took his chances.

If .. and it's a big if, he can continue to develop, I would definitely be using him over Benteke.

I think we all agree that he still needs to develop - I think it was a comment aimed at those who wrote him off so early. The lad is only 19 I think.

Teams seem a bit more scared of us now, once we equalised they crumbled

    Villa this weekend.

    All will be forgotten.

Saints aren't quite as good as the last 2 years.
