It'll be a ban from the whole forum but in the first instance a mod goes to the super mods to ask to get a ban processed and giving their reason why, as they have the tools and we don't. The ban can be anything that the mod puts to the super mods be it 24rs, a week or so on. A temp ban usually does the trick as a yellow card type effect to send a message so to speak. No one is talking about banning though as it's only what you said to Norman that has ****ed him off mate. Only perm bans straight away are for multiple accounts in my experience.
