4 goals for Jamar Loza in the under 21s game, not bad. Edit. Make that 5 goals. Norwich City 7 - Southampton 2.
ANOTHER GOAL - Jamar Loza gets his fourth of the night, to put City 6-2 up, with an absolute bullet of a shot. Lafferty headed straight down the tunnel after being subbed!!!! I hadn't clicked to post thread - sorry!!! Really chuffed for Loza!!!!
I thought Arsenal fans were supposed to be 'not as bad' as Chelsea fans, goodness knows what the latter must be like.
That's the trouble when you have factored in an easy win against a "poor" side. Arsenal arguably needed three points as much as we did, but whereas one point helps our cause it does little for theirs. So it felt like a defeat for them and a win for us simply because almost everyone had factored in a thrashing. I really don't know what to say Re Grabban. It seems that AN is virtually the only one to rate him above his other options. This could be a fluke..or maybe he is right?
CT - I said in another thread that I would be quite happy to still be above Sunderland on GD at 6.15 on Sunday, I certainly didn't expect to be a point above them and I'm sure Arsenal fans are miffed at dropping 2 points. We were the much better team in the 2nd half and could have won it. AN most definitely got his team selection and tactics spot on and I'm no longer dreading the games after Watford on Saturday!!!
I think we can get something at Vicarage Rd, hopefully more than a point. A win would certainly put us well clear of the pack. Sunderland can't get anything out of Arsenal. can they?
Just replicate last seasons game at Vicarage Road and we will have another three points. I expect Sunderland to get swept away by an Arsenal backlash.
Should Bennett be punished retrospectively by the F.A.for shoving Sanchez? http://dailycannon.com/2015/12/bennetts-snide-push-on-alexis-should-be-punished/?
Complete overreaction from bitter Arsenal fans. It looks bad when you get it slowed right down, but in real time its pretty obvious that Bennett was putting on the brakes and it's Sanchez somewhat pointless leap into the air that means Bennett automatically puts his arms up. This happens all the time when players collide and if it hadn't been for the cameraman no-one would have blinked, but it's only whiny Arsenal fans that think this is a massive injustice.
It looks much worse when looking head on but from the side angle (the last shot of it) it looks nowhere near as bad and I am still not sure if it was a push or RB trying to stop himself from running in to the back of Sanchez.
This is quite simply not true! This was a massive injustice! The referee should have cautioned Sanchez for deliberately obstructing Bennett, the poor lad could have broken a nail as he protected himself from the dirty Gooners cynical play! Hangings to good for that Sanchez lad! Bah!
Interesting - and quite valid piece on the rise, fall and resurrection(?) of Lewis Grabban. http://www.thelittleyellowbirdproject.co.uk/articles/2015/12/1/the-redemption-of-lewis
A really good article - I am not sure I totally agree with all of it, but it's a fair point to make that for all his supposedly weak technical skills he is good at ball retention in tight spaces (e.g. the three touches for his goal on Sunday) and if we're going to get a bit too statty he only misplaced two passes from seventeen (89%).
I could resist adding a comment, in all the previous comments no one had summised the main reason for not liking him and thats that he couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo! Bah!

This probably deserve its own thread but if you guy's can handle it, Mick McCarthy did a duet years ago. http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/..._chart_hit_surfaces_on_the_internet_1_4332324
