Imagine what the Mackems would do to their 'city' centre if they lost. After a long night of rioting I reckon at least £60 worth of damage would be caused.
And city is in inserted commas in your post because? Answers on a postcard. City status was granted many years ago chum, when you were probably just still the result of a bad **** in your 'Dar's' hanky. We dont do bad losing my little smelly barcode sheep dropping. We leave the 'kick **** out of inanimate objects' game to your one celled neanderthals. You've all got a lifetime of practice at it.
Don't flatter yourself. City status was granted as a crude sop to the hordes of moaning Mackems whingeing about 'lack of investment' etc and bitter at being in the shadow of Newcastle for so long. Judging by the tone of your posts, your own blessed creation was the result of sperm + ovum + lemon juice + sulphuric acid.
Newcastle cast such a splendid shadow don't they. Second biggest city in Tyne and wear. Second highest population in Tyne and Wear. Second best Football club in Tyne and Wear. Second last to win the league in Tyne and Wear. Second last to win the FA Cup in Tyne and Wear..... Some shadow that mind.
They'd have to hold it in the LHC at CERN, or an underground nuclear bunker. Then we could harness the energy...
and your ****e hole of a city, is something to be proud of isn't it? Remind me of the last time we smashed up our city centre when we lost a match.
Your aspirations have never reached high enough, these last 70 years, for you to feel frustrated enough to feel the need to smash something.
or maybe we're not thick ****s, who have to smash up the place where we live to make us feel better when we've lost a game of football.
but in answer to the op, yeah north east football is looking good for the first time in years. Just a shame the smoggies are so ****e. It would have been good to have all three main north east teams in the premier. At this rate the monkey hangers will be in the premier before boro are.
Does anyone else think they might fix it so both teams were in the same 1/2 of the draw. Having said all this there have been plenty of Liverpool vs Everton finals and of course the Manchester game. The biggest nightmare for the FA would be if there was an FA cup final between the 2 and then one win the league, because their would then effectively be a re match for the charity sheild. Not going to happen like but you know what I mean.
"Does anyone else think they might fix it so both teams were in the same 1/2 of the draw" This is the FA Cup not Wimbledon!!
I mean draw us to play each other in the qtr finals if were both still in the competition. Lets face it if FIFA can fix the voting for hosting the world cup anything is possible
On a serious note its good that we all get on. My thoughts on Sunderland are as long as we beat them and finish higher i don't mind them any harm.Derby day its war [in the right frame of mind] I would say i hate teams like Liverpool more
Frank, you comments here are about as funny as my flaccid anal sphincter, what the **** are you trying to prove here? Fact is we do get along and the banter is largely good natured
