If we ever manage to unearth a Vardy, we wouldn't keep hold of him for a season. Our current policy doesn't allow for it to happen anyway. We have no scouts and clearly rely on managers like Evans ringing his mates at other clubs asking have they anyone they can loan us. Sky ran a disgusting debate after the Leicester game asking whether Vardy would fit in at scum and should they buy him. Third of a season gone and sky pundits trying to unsettle him already. What chance have small clubs like Leicester have anymore
Fair enough, I respect your opinion. Personally I feel Rosler saying we have no chance of going up after 10 games is less damaging than Evans saying we won't make the top 10 when we are 7 points off and saying he doesn't have many good players in the team is criminal. Admitting you won't go up is one thing, saying the players are not good enough is another and much, much worse. I don't understand why you continue with the getting sacked and Moyes thing, Moyes was only linked IF we got a new owner, Cellino has said he isn't selling. The players haven't played well for Evans since day one, we had a couple of wins but they didn't play well.
60. I don't think you read the post correctly. The gist was that you criticise Rosler for saying we had no chance of promotion but not Evans for saying that we're not even good enough for top ten. How is that defensible and sending out a positive message to fans? (He's probably right mind you).
Evans has learnt from Cellino very quickly. Even the mad ****er wouldn't have told the yep on Friday he was targeting top ten and said that we are too ****e to do it by Sunday.....
No aggression took LoL. Haven't said it about all recent managers, didn't say it about Hock or Darko, most recent after them was Redders, and he telegraphed and televised his favourites. Rosler seemed to be always playing for a draw. There is no proof that Cellino is picking team, it's all speculation amongst some disgruntled fans imo. Those that don't like/hate Cellino will look to him as the scapegoat, he won't be able to do anything right in their eyes so he'll continue to cop the blame. Reality is, in my eyes, we've had a midfield problem since Redders took over, Rosler didn't/couldn't see it and Evans seems to be blind to it at moment. Many are starting to recognise our midfield situation and are starting to voice their opinions on it; it's our main problem that's creating further problems in our attack and defence. We fix/change the midfield and we'll see a positive change in form amongst the whole team........
Come on, they are not kindergarten kids, I don't like Evans but he managed to get several promotions with lower league teams and Rosler has played at the highest level. To say they can't see our midfield is awful when every fan can see it is laughable. There is only one reason why every coach picks the same players and it is because their hands are tied to an extent. Wootton over Byram is so blatantly obvious, I honestly believe you just don't want to back down on this one.
Lets get one thing perfectly str8 here. CELLINO calls all the shots, always has always will.He may not pick the team directly but he tells his COACHES who to pick from and who are not available for selection, Hockawally once said that when it comes to choosing who to buy and who not to buy himself Nocola and Cellino put names of players wanted into a hat they then discuss between them and reject those who are not right for the club and then you buy 15 eyeties that Hockawally has never heard of Some fooking input that
LL. Don't disagree that our midfield appears to be a problem but your post even inadvertently seems to highlight that regardless of who's in charge certain players will always be played. So either every coach we have rates the current above the others we have or logic dictates that they are being told (or encouraged) to pick the players getting in. And there is only one person constantly there in all the change.
or maybe they all think that's our best team.wont play Byram as he wants away and Sloth when he played last season was rubbish,so they are probably right ,that's the best we have.
It's either the best we have from what coaches see day in and day out or it is hands tied to an extent, either way it isn't coaches getting it continuously wrong.
Don't think they are getting it wrong myself,Evans said Byram won't get much game time unless he signs a new contract, and I agree with him, shouldn't play a player who doesn't want to play for Leeds. And seen Sloth a few times and not impressed with him myself.
Has anyone bothered to look at the quality of our subs bench yesterday. They're the options available to Evans to try turn things around
He did try,and brought on same players I would have tried.Unfortunatly we dont have an Austin to bring on.
You also said we wouldn't play against each other for many years. You better pray that we go up this year or you'll be wrong again
You will never see the championship again and we will never see league 1,so you will have to hope you get to the big teams part of the cup.
