I know... The he first comment seemed to be a dig that Klopps done so well and had to play a couple of tough away games... But Rodgers also had hard away games, and arguably harder in United Arsenal and Stoke.
If we keep up enough dull, uninspiring, grim drawn out wins then I expect McNumpty and BBC Salford will be honour bound to tip us to win the league. (just for you, Stan )
Lol yet again, you manage to turn what was a very positive post about the CLUB into something negative. Go back and support Rodgers FC mate.
Not at all, just saying Rodgers record wasn't awful. A draw to Arsenal a win at Stoke are decent results, obviously defeat against United is poor though. Overall, our away record under both managers is decent, just both have struggled at home. Klopp needs to work on a way to break down teams coming and sitting with men behind the ball but he needs time to do that along with getting key players back from injury.
3 points with two vital players getting some game time. Onwards and upwards, close to them top four spots now we just have to keep pace going in to the new year.
FFS It's a win and three points. Got to win when you're not playing well or in an adverse situation to do well in the league so just take it for what it is and ****ing stop complaining you ungrateful bunch of bickering curmudgeons. We'll have forgotten the game even happened soon enough and be bitching about our reserves on Wednesday evening.
I can't find a rival watch thread I our board? Obviously we are rivalled by none but still nice to keep up with the minnows of football
I agree - once we get Coutinho and Sturridge back into the team plus a few signings, this will come. The key for now was to add organisation and balance to the team and we're now picking up wins and points.
Haven't seen the penalty decision yet, so I won't comment until after MotD, but I am intrigued by Monk's comment about handball needing to be intentional. Er, no it doesn't feller, no it doesn't. Like all that guff we've had over interfering/ affecting play re offside, you have to wonder what so-called professionals in the game are told about thr rules by the FA.
