I think your definition is too specific. You're defining 'challenging for honours', which is as specific as 'challenging to avoid relegation'. To me, challenging is about letting other teams know they're in a game, and yes, I'd agree that we achieved that in most L1 games. Unlike this season! I also think you've got a short memory. Yes, we had some great players, but how come I remember watching most of L1 matches through my fingers? Funny how history seems to conjure up rose tinted spectacles.
