After considering “You’re So Vain”, in the week when Carly Simon revealed which of her various lovers she wrote the song about, I thought that was too obvious. So I opted to celebrate the release of the latest album from our own Spurs-supporting nightingale, Adele. "Make You Feel My Love" was written and sung by Bob Dylan - but more recently and memorably recorded by her. And I dedicate the song to a man who so often makes my blood boil…. you know who! ’Cos You’re the Special One Now you’ve slipped down from your Top Four Place, And the whole world is on your case, You blame the refs: “they’re biased - rank disgrace!” - Cos you’re the “Special One”.
