I missed out on the whole 'skulking around the country side in my XR3 looking for the next illegal rave in a field' thing, but I was a big clubber for a while. Tall Trees, Cream, Hard Times, Gatecrasher, The Empire, seeing The Prodigy @ Beetle Bash. Some absolutely epic nights out and without a doubt some of the best, carefree times of my life. I always like Micro Dots myself............!!!

Acs i still have some SY tapes, scratchmaster SY! him and jumpin jack frost were my favourite earlier djs. Like seabass though when i went out it was mostly the detroit and chicago house influence. doves and strawberry barrels, happy days
Used to go to heaps down here in Oz back when i was a teen and early 20's. ****, had some awesome times. First one was Godspeed back in 2003, Happy Hardcore listening to the likes of DJ Hixxy, Darren Styles, UFO. Then moved on to the harder styles, listening to Yoji Biomehanika, Nik Fish, Amber Savage, Pee Wee Ferris, Hellraiser, Donkey Rollers... going to Home Nightclub (Sydney) every Friday for their Sublime night. Used to take heaps of pingas, red mitzis, yellow smileys, etc, but the best was the beige Peugeot (the emblem was raised not sunken) and that was as pure as I have ever had. Problem with Oz is that we are so far away, have such strict customs, and not many ways to get **** in. So the stuff that does make it, is cut down to basically ****. And its like $35 a pill. Used to take coke and tripped out on Ket once. Was all good experiences, would do it all again haha. Nowadays, random regular drug testing has put an end to all that, although I still listen to the music sober. Albeit just Trance music, and throw on some of the 2004 happy hard for nostalgia's sake.
