He's 20 years old. He should be able to handle 5 sets.

At that at that level? And without ever having experiencing anything like that in his life? And in his Davis Cup debut? He obviously put everything he had into those first 2 sets, and credit to him for that, but it showed his inexperience in 5 set tennis, because he had nothing left by the end of the 3rd.

The good thing is that he'll be playing Davis Cup for Britain for at least another 10 years, and he'll get better and better.

Dear oh dear Tom. Was it unacceptable?

I'm looking forward to seeing Hesketh playing Saturday and chasing everything non-stop for 95 minutes. He'll have Toure on his knees as he's a young lad and will run that old duffer into the ground.

Well, having played and watched tennis for over a decade I feel I know a lot about the sport and your mentality changes very easily. Once he lost the third set he had lost all the momentum he had built up and he cracked. Tennis is a very lonely sport for the competitors. You're on your own - no one can rescue you if you play badly or you lose your way. And he did lose his way - there's no doubt about that at all. He eased off and he got punished for it.

I got the Christopher Nolan Collectors Blu Ray set: Batman 1-3, Inception, Prestige, Momento and 80hrs of extras for £40. I also got Until Dawn (PS4 game) for a tenner.

Have you played it professionally? There is a massive difference when you step up into higher levels of professional sport. Massive. I've played it and I've watched it for 40 Years but that doesn't necessarily mean much.

The main thing Tom is your instant black or white view again and jump to "he bottled it."

    It was very harsh.

Well, he did bottle it. He bottled it because of his lack of experience, but he bottled it all the same.

Never been keen on Batman, but otherwise I find I quite enjoy Christopher Nolan films. Interstellar was also very good.

    http://www.sciencealert.com/what-your-musical-taste-says-about-your-personality
Study of musical taste and how it predicts your personality...it has me down as an empathiser as I like soft emotional music and I like singer/songwriters as they get the emotion right for the song. I often think better singers can kill a sing if they don't feel it, so whilst I can admire the operatic style, such singers are often too afraid to take risks for the sake of the song i.e. they have studied singing so much they are over interested in purity of the notes. My friend who follows opera doesn't get that at all. :) My lack of adventurousness with music also suggests a closed personality...that's probably true as well.

I did it and it said I was tone deaf and devoid of a musical memory. What threw me was when it kept saying "You only know one song, you only know one song"

Yes, I enjoyed this too. On the Sci-fi genre, I enjoyed Looper too a little while back.
