Did you come up with that after you'd had a quick toot?

You've just described yourself there to a tee btw.

<laugh> you have a sense of humour I'll give you that.

You argue like a Zionist, ironically.

You have avoided being cornered but you didn't hide it very well, you almost got out but when we boil it down lad when it comes to the crunch you are afraid, literally, to make your point, and refused to do so all day.

All this other stuff is just froth. You stink of fear after painting yourself into a corner. Avoid battle if you cant win it, Art of War I believe<laugh>

I've no idea what thread you've been reading but I think it might have been in a parallel dimension.

thats my whole point though, my points are not about me or my relationship with others. I come on here to say what I have to say, I prefer to help people be happy in whatever way but if I offend them, well who gives a ****? it is the internet after all. Whereas you.........its always about felling superior, having special knowledge , the "win" or the fear being proved wrong etc. I know why this, anyone with any insight knows why this is, the point is, do you know why this is?

Again, it's all in the title. 'may'

can we have some certainty for once in science instead of linguistic obfuscation. The more shakey the study the more obfuscated the language is to cover that fact.

Like "extremely likely" from the IPCC for example, when they said decreased snow storms from 2001 onwards <laugh>

The scientists didn't write the Guardian headline

Good to know you'd dismissed it without even reading the headline of the actual paper

It's highly likely I have lost all interest in this!

Not that it's unfunny to read......

Or the subject matter(if we can pin that down)is not of interest.....

It's just the rinse and repeat nature of it all.

Another thing with relativity and approaching the speed of light and "everything slows down".

Your frame of reference does not change the laws of physics. Your frame of reference is just your perception it has no bearing on the physical world.

There is another theoretical proof, if you point a laser pen straight, and travel away from the earth at 2\3rds the speed of light the light will bend in the opposite direction you travel. Which is meant to explain how gravity of stars and planets bends light because the "space time" effect of Gravity and fast motion are the same when talking space time.

But.. this is nonsense. No matter what speed you travel at, light will always travel the speed of light away from you in a straight line, but because you are in motion fast enough to cause an effect similar coriolis effect, the light appears to bend but it is not bending. The light must be perpendicular or oblique to the direction of travel to show this.

Simply put, you are travelling fast enough to see the light be left behind, no different than squirting water from a moving car, the water will appear to bend towards the direction you are comging from, but it is not bending. The more you reduce forward movement, the less the "effect". The light never bends.

This perceived effect of bending light can be quantified in mathematics, then called space time. It's perception not reality, we are looking at one thing and calling it another. Like the Coriolis effect. Logical v Physical, Relativity frames of reference are logical constructs not physical ones. As is the Coriolis force.

Science is currently treating some of Relativity as physical.

I don't read the guardian. I am not interested in reading the harmful effects of green when I have already been smoking for over 20 years. <ok>

But crack on. Do dig out the certainty % of the study though, as "may" doesn't do it for me
