Is that the real scale or the one shown to be incorrect as figures were 'fudged' to fit the results wanted

"Fudge factor", not "fudged", not the same thing mate. You get fudged on a friday night, a fudge factor is an adjustable parameter in a computer model that can be adjusted to produce desired results. Like aerosols in climate models.

You only have a science degree mate, he has Google and ganja I think that makes him better qualified to pass comment on the issue. Sorry fella.

That is what you call an appeal to authority.

I've more than held my own on these subjects. Including schooling the science degree on Relativity.

I can see now why astro is insulted, he thinks he is superior. He, like you think that there is more merit in a piece of paper than not given it all comes down to the actual learning of the subject and not bits of paper.. that's meaningless, I've known many a fool to muddle their way through college and come out as thick at the other end, not saying Astro, but yeah that happens

In my years in IT, I put to shame people with degrees when I have none. I taught myself and took exams for IT qualification and taught myself programming languages all while working and kids. Easily the workload of a degree, took me 6 years

I guess the "science degree" makes anything I say invalid? Not the merit of the arguments. You are saying that because Astro has a science degree and I have not only Astro can be right, even though he has not really made such a good defence of his dogma, you can't judge who is right, how would you know?

Explains everything I have ever said about the education system, it creates drones that act adversely to anything that contradicts what they are taught

I find it utterly laughable that you suggest that person cannot teach himself new things constantly.

All that and you are tagging onto Astro because you ran and hid now that we boiled your false argument down to nuts and bolts.<ok>

I didn't even want this **** with Astro to keep going and going FYI, way to stir the pot @Tobes <grr>

    Fight your own battles.

Because you are avoiding being nailed down on your counter claims, should I now talk like an idiot and say you "got smashed"?

There's a difference between your self taught professional competence and your internet hobby 'research'.

As you patently concluded a long time ago that the entire climate change issue was a #fraud. Therefore whatever reading you've done on the subject since has been with a closed mind, and you've been intent on finding information that justifies your conclusion. That's not educating yourself, as anything that doesn't sit with your view you dismiss out of hand or simply don't read, as has been proven in this thread.

To be honest there is a distinct bitterness creeping into your dialog mate.

Hobby research? How exactly do you know what reseach I do?

Do you realise this stuff takes a sheer wadload of thinking, just thinking alone? Ever hear of thought experiments? Never mind the actual material and the VAST amounts of differnt theories and counter theories and the MANY different fields involved and then cosmology, plasma physics and the latest discoveries from space exploration and telescopes. Much discussion with people studying astrophysics, forums, all over years, I didn't just wake up one day and go out to my shed and a week later I was a science gear head hobbyist.

I could go reading and thinking for another 2 deacades and still be looking up at a mountain of data, just keeping up with new stuff is hard.

The auld paraphrase. I have shown fraud. Lets look at proven fraud to keep you happy.
The Hockeystick - proven scientific malfeasance
Climate gate, emails were leaked by an insider because of the fraud, scientists discussing hiding data.
    NASA's Schmidt\Hansen (two greenies) cooling of 1880 by .6 degrees between 2001 and 2015.
NASA's rewriting of the temp record of every country on the planet over the last 100+ years without even consulting anyone.

That is why I consider it a fraud, there are other reasons, many, but you have absolutely no idea these issues exist.

But for me do this, consider what you know about the whole issue and what is going on with both sides, the court cases, the investigations, the dirty tactics, the politics the money, hte no accounting for public money spent, refusal to give up data and emails in FOIs.

The UK information commissioner said the UK Climate Research United had broken the law when they refused to give data and emails, but by the time he said it the statue of limitations had passed.

What do you know about any of this? I will wager nothing.

Do you know how the three working grousp are set up in the IPCC? Do you know who are the chapter leaders? Dod you know which environmental organisations they are connected to? Did you know that the IPCC has used Greenpeace pamphlet as a scientific paper for the melting himilayas paper.? <laugh>

You really need to shut up, you dont know anything and here you are flexing your ignorance to make unsupported claims.

You dont get to say "consoiracy theory" you need to look yourself and see, otherwise anything you say means nothing.

If my conviction offends you, so what

you live in an imaginary world where you are king and everything you say is fact, going by never admitting are wrong.
How does one learn anything new when they are like that I don't know.

If we break it down, every single point I've ever brought up that you have disagreed with, was wrong. 100% record <ok>
I can't think of a more delusional mindset
