I understand I am seen as part of the problem by some of you. I try to not bite but when you are used as a constant kicking post because someone wants to take their mind off their real problems over months and months it does get a bit frustrating. Believe it or not I hold back from what I would really want to post. I am pessimistic about the direction our club is going in and surely a forum is the right place to air that? I might not agree with those who see a bright new dawn but I would defend to the very end their right to post it. Even with my negativity I would like to think some of the humour and banter I try to post outweighs the frustrations some of you feel over my views on the footie. I stand to be corrected on that. This is not the time for a fishing trip.
Just for the sake of clarity and then I really do not feel the need to say any more on this. Although you, somewhat understandably bite on occasion and, I am sure you will admit, can be a tease, I actually admire the way you hold back on the whole. It is easy to see that you are trying to be as good natured as possible even when facing extreme provocation at times.
So what does Seadog think about Leeds60's valuation estimates and TC's debt estimates - meaning someone would have to stump up around £130m to get us in the premier league? Man Citeh were bought for about £210, while renting a stadium form the council. There do not appear to be any wealthy individuals prepared to stump up the cash to invest in Leeds. And as I was informed on another thread, a fans consortium would not raise enough money. Are we left with Cellino? Could a consortium of businessmen and women, a wealthy celebrity or two and a fans trust, come together to raise the capital? Or would this model cause too many problems of control? What do you think Seadog?

I dont think TC's estimate are at all far out. Also explains why many have had their names bandied about over the years as potential investors, only to vanish. When they do the proper sums, they likely arrive at a figure at over 100m which for a football club in our state is a joke. So.the answer to your question is we are likely stuck with Cellino unless were relegated which will open a whole new set of worms

The only reason for a ban is that some of the ****e that has gone on has driven some posters away. Others are hinting at it again now. No one needs to be banned but it has to be recognised that everyone opinions are as valid as everyone else's and no one has the right to claim to be cleverer or more worthy than another. Everyone from a bin man right down to a chartered accountant should be equal here. We only look down on estate agents.
