Football and Music are the 2 pillars of civilisation.

Both are beautiful and both are the 2 greatest forces in todays world.

Throughout the ages football has always been associated with music and vice versa...

finding a man singing by himsel on the streets you would think he was mad, but see him with thousands of other men belting out an anthem and you would think he was no fool at all.

These 2 things have shaped each other and many a club has famous songs that are associated with there club 'you'll never walk alone' 'Blue Moon' etc etc

I have a few questions to ask:

What songs do you associate with football?

What are your favouraite songs to sing?

and do you beleive football and music are that important to each other?

    Thanks for reading.

Oh FFS. Football's football, music's music and never the twain shall meet. You will regret posting this thread when you see some of anally retentive replies you're going to get - mark my words. I reckon one dullard is already getting his favourite ten football moments to match his favourite 10 songs.

Yeah, neither of them were any good really but Oasis were music for poor people. Let's be honest.

I would rather have grown up back when the argument down the pub was Rolling Stones or The Who. Instead I get Blur or Oasis, it's not feckin fair

I'd be pretty worried if an ambulance took me home rather than to the hospital.
