With all due respect I would make a few points/ requests. Firstly Cook worth £10mill lmfao. Not even on the 1st of April. Secondly please do as bucks suggested and start ignoring my output. Thirdly where is the apology for Sunday's msjudged hissy fit? Lastly please don't ever include me in a sentence where you indicate we are in any way comparable.
Wether you like it or not, the pair of you turned it into the Glory and 60 show when you used every thread as fair game to hit on each other, as such, you will be joined at the hip for eternity
I certainly would not compare myself to you .You are without doubt totally ignorant, keep to what you are good at emptying bins
Jesus, here we go again! Turkey & Russia kicking off on the same day Norman & Mike resume hostilities again as well!
Ok. I look forward to hearing the results of the complaint regarding a post where I only replied to your direct offer of a wager. My post was a statement of fact. Namely I have accepted when you settle the £1000 from our previous wager. If I was trying to incite you (shouldn't it be antagonise by the way?) I would be making a better job of it. You really need to develop either a sense of humour, a thicker skin, some sense of perspective, or stay away from Internet fora if you don't understand how they work. You might want to retract that complaint rather than end up being banned for good for wasting moderators time with malicious or perhaps ill judged faux complaints? They must be sick of your antics by now. I would be glad to see you gone so feel free to ignore my advice it's no skin off my nose.
I think a simple banging of the heads together will suffice - and then make them take a cold shower together! Get Steve Evans' kids involved too if they are not too busy with Botaka
If anyone wants to be embarrssed about behaviour on the site go take a look at the shame thread on the smoggy board. Cant defend it......
Afternoon, Mike. I like the Robinson idea, but wonder what his match fitness (or fitness in general is like), plus his wage demands. Must be some reason no-one's picked him up. I'm also never going to disagree with anyone who says to get rid of Wootton, but tbh, I don't think it's going to happen for 2 reasons - 1. Evans loves him & wanted to sign him last season 2. He was ok as a RB last season when he got a run, but got criticised because he didn't go forward like Byram (which is not necessarily bad thing, tbh!). I sense that Evans sees him as a backup RB. (I am also crapping my pants at our defensive selection problems right now. There's an outside chance he may feature as a CB. I bloody hope not!). Now it's time for disagreements. (*sponsored by Glory*) - I don't believe that Cook will be sold in January. For Premiership clubs, he is seen as a youngster with potential , rather than a replacement for someone in the PL. You don't pay £10m, far less £13m for young Championship players like him. He is not consistent in the way Delph was & is probably years away from being a PL first team regular. I think he'll want to stay to get game time, and at a club where he is loved. The only thing that may sway him is indeed a bid from a team like Bournemouth, where he may have more chance of getting game time, but it's a risk for him. Much as I love the lad & his potential, I think we'd struggle to get £3-4m as a base payment for him, possibly doubled by add-ons. - If Byram leaves at the end of the season, there will be no bidding involved, at least as far as the club is concerned. His worth will be determined by a set formula, and we'll be lucky to rake in £1m. - I think you're very wrong about Bianchi. Why do you think he's unsettled here? He rejected close season bids to take him back home to Italy, preferring to stay here & play for us. His dedication impresses me, and I think our current midfield would benefit from him being back in the team. I can't remember the exact dates, but didn't our loss of form last season coincide with his injury? Who else in our midfield can put a foot on the ball like Bianchi? All the others are hurry-scurrys. - We didn't get rid of Horton, he asked to have his contract terminated so he could go home to sort out a family problem that was, in his words, long term rather than short term. Hats off to the lad & hope he gets the problem sorted asap. I cannot see why we would pay up his contract when it was him that asked to be released, & I've not read anything that suggests this was the case. If this did happen, I can only think that there may have been a retainer element so that he comes back to us rather than anyone else. So, rather than having £16m to spend, I think we'd be lucky to recoup £5m tops, less deductibles like agent fees, loyalty payments etc. I'd rather keep the pair of them for that sort of money.
Funny enough I saw Paul Robinson in town with his Mrs earlier today. If you want a conspiracy theory cellinos personal plated Audi RS6 L11FTC was parked on James Street at about the same time.
