Not sure what you mean by panic stricken defence. Cooper had an excellent game. Berardi was doing well apart from being at fault for the goal, and getting himself sent off. Wootton was Wootton. Sadly. Bellusci had one of his crazy days, but to be fair to him, Best was giving him a pounding. In times gone by, he might have been sent off for what he had to put up with. Silvestri's distribution has improved, but isn't brilliant. He's clearly working on it. One thing I've noticed is that he's getting more distance on the ball now. Perhaps he's focusing too much on trying to get the extra yards & is losing the accuracy? We'll see, no doubt. Wood was indeed awful. There's more chance of Shaks passing a free beer stall than Wood passing the ball to one of his team mates. Awful! And sadly so consistent in his failings. Hate to contradict, but he did win one contested header. Sadly, he got bumped before he made contact, so headed it straight to their keeper. Don't agree with your scoring comment. I can only remember their goal. I honestly cannot remember another clear cut chance for them. Murphy & Wood should have scored for us, and Ant should have scored 2.
