Who did you watch,we should have won easy,poor finishing from a team who still struggle to cope with the thousands of Glory type locals who give lots of abuse but little support.
We got dragged into a dog fight by Rotherham,deserved to win a poor game,lost because players are scared to play at home and can't handle the abuse from home fans.Snatched at every chance in a total panic,put plenty of effort in,but no Quality.Will play much better when we play QPR and Hull when fans expect to lose and no pressure.
We had a panic striken defence. Silvestris distribution was the same as usual. The midfield didn't compete. Wood had his worst game yet and didn't win a contested header all day. You are either pissed, on the wum or clueless. The score fully reflected the game, and they were closer to scoring two or three more than we were to scoring one. And the kop didn't criticise they were silent for 96 minutes.
You both have your opinions as you both watched the same game, the thing you both seem to agree on is a lack of quality and I can't see how that changes without changing some, if not most of the players. Chesh, for me a big worry if players can't play for us because of big expectations from the fans, until we're back that will always be the case. Good to get different perspectives though
It is a big worry,because while our away support is the best,home support by mainly Leeds living fans is crap.
Howya Chesh I watched the match on a live link. I thought we played a lot of long balls. Their goal happened after we were on top. Dallas IMO played well as did Cooper. Erwin should have come on earlier. A draw would have been fair. There were a couple of good passing moves which should have got us a goal. Wasn't great to watch, better next time hopefully.
