Big Sam will bring awful but effective football, we'll grind out points. But with a lack of quality in our squad will he be able to get enough? I'm not sure, not with that squad. He can but he needs money in Jan to address the areas we should have in the Summer. Both clubs have some gems in the squad, but fact is they're few and far between. Strength in one area doesn't make up for weakness in another. That's the worry and why both Managers need to be backed in the winter window.
