We live in a world where an athlete can be paid millions for lying on a treatment table for 12 months

I think I'll allow the wee pleb a living wage for at least earning his income

I agree with living wage, in principle.

Bringing world class athletes into the argument is spurious, disingenuous, and ****in bullshit. That was a pretty poor casting net, Mindy.

    It's related though

Both work for the same club, one drastically overpaid and one receiving **** all

I'm not saying it should be the new minimum wage but I do believe that my club should implement it and I'm embarrassed that they won't

We harp on about our founding traditions then plead poverty on living wage while paying half million bonuses to one guy and having a tory tax credit cutting **** on our board too

    I don't like it

Business. The one doing the menial task does not bring any money into the club, they are in fact a drain on it. The player does bring money into the club, if he doesn't then it's a bad signing and bad for business.

I understand yer embarrassment, though. Ye's canny go on bleating about yer charitable foundations while refusing living wage AND re-appointing a guy that wants to cut Tax Credits.

Celtics charity work has got **** all to do with the living wage campaign or a board members politics ...totally seperate issues

Celtic Plc operate as a business and pay 7.85 as a minimum for perm staff as well as providing healthcare , life assurance and pension benefits .

<doh> In I pop ! Is that for every response ... a response is you touching a nerve ?

Simple stating that your point is invalid.

You can't compare Celtic Plc with the charity foundation work .
