Aye, and the Living wage is only 40p an hour more, they do a 5 hour shift on a Saturday, imagine the things you could buy with that extra £2.

Rich ****s arguing that paying their staff a few quid extra every week is bad for business while they swan about in their jets.

Then you have devs, sorry divs, doing their arguing for them <doh>

Am I? I thought I was giving my opinion on the Living Wage, I didn't realise the fans who want a living wage had been directed to my comments by the board.

Well if it's so insignificant then you'd think the club would just pay it to appease the beelers and show the club in a better light?

Cannae be doing that. The few quid is much better in the pockets of Peter Lawwell et al. than in the hands of people who could actually do with the few quid extra per week. Of course, the fact that most of the anti-living wage arguments come from rich ****s if neither here nor there.

There's that argument too, personally I won't lose any sleep over it one way or another, no one is starving to death because Celtic don't pay a Living Wage and I don't hear anyone complaining that we pay New Balance's sweatshop workers buttons for making our strips.
