Dutch, we have one of the biggest followings in the country, yet we are not in the top tier, i think i saw a stat that we are the 7th highest supported team within england and worldwide we are the 4th biggest supporeted english team, not being funny but you cant argue with that, itspointless.

And craig, if it was that big a problem we would've been suspended so much that we would'nt have been able to be such a dominating team. It was a very different sport then, seriously you cannot deny the talent the team had

If you were to lower the prices to 15/20 quid a ticket per game which is fair for championship football then you would see the rise in gates at leeds. But lets not forget that despite the size of club/leeds city centre. kids these days want glory and it becomes easier to support a successful club because you will always win an argument. Leeds were a great pull for fans when we were successful. Im suprised that despite what we charge that we can still get the biggest pull in the league. Says alot when 95% clubs gates getter better income when leeds are on the travels.

Can you just clarify when Sir Don was actually charged with corruption?

Is there still fans out there that are so bitter and twisted about Leeds United's successes they have to make ridiculous stories up.

Craig, thugs eh! Just read my signature, quality footballers who would die for their manager, when they had to play hard they did. How football should be played.

Try to spin it how you like. For a one club City, percentage wise, it's piss poor support from the locals and it explains why it's a rugby town.

Locals are brighter than them that just latch on, they spot that it's just MKDons lite.

Charged? Nope, he wasn't. But then he never took the challenge to have the allegations scrutinised in Court either.

I'm not denying the quality you had in the team, it was the way that Revie tainted it with violence. Clough on the other hand proved that success is possible by playing the game the way " football should be played."

Good point, i'd never expect that.. its like when you teach a dog to raise its paw for a ball its a huge suprise at 1st, but then it becomes natural, kinda like HULL. Infact if im gonna be factual, my GF parents are from Hull and the 2 reasons why they left was to work & teach there kids of the disadvantages of having children at 16.... Its funny really as are girt was a mistake! Anyway enough about me?

Leeds is the place where they have to dig up jamjars to scrape a living, and probably still drink out of them in a lot of places

Possibly, I'm sure you agree it applies to those accused of making false allegations.

I bet you believe Bates has only just become the owner of Leeds too. <eek>
