The OWS is now warning that there may not be a pay on the gate option: http://www.hullcityafc.net/page/NewsDetail/0,,10338~2398037,00.html
Wish I could be there - have sometimes been able to make a pre-season in past years. I may manage Blackpool though - if funds allow - it's so darned expensive in UK for us Africans! Seems years since I saw a top Tigers game but did see one Prem game - Villa away - the one Bullard got crocked - dire game - both sides sh****te. Weird experience as I'd been loaned a season ticket holder's pass! As it happens revealing my 'colours' was not a problem as the Villa fans were complaining about the quality of the game - slagging off their own players as well as City's - I was hardly complimentary too!
Just got our tickets. Lower west sold out as is North stand apparently. Bits and pieces in the upper west but not in the centre. I have enjoyed the break from City since May to be honest but I am ready to 'get back on it' to use a drinking term.
Looks like KC has given the whole North stand to Liverpool fans. This is great news. Maybe a 20,000+ gate but as its Liverpools first UK appearance and they will have Adam Downing and Henderson making there UK debuts maybe not such a surprise. OR is it just a case that there are so many bored football fans of both clubs needing some action ? GREAT NEWS REGARDLESS.

Does anyone know if any stands are sold out? I dont fancy sitting west upper. Also is the home shirt released this weekend? Would like to wear it at the match.
sounds like it could be a fun day out... knew it was going to be a big crowd when I tried to get my tickets when they went on general sale took me ringing from 9am till midday to get through
how many of you geezers only this week were predicting 10,000 + ha, shows how much youz all know about the mighty tigers!! have a grand day out geezers!!!
i think 10k estimates wont be far off (of city fans) there may be 17/18 in the stadium, but at least half will be following liverpool i bet..
Lower West and North and completely sold out. Only E1, 2, 11 and 12 left in the East (basically the two blocks closest to the North and South stands, all the middle sold out) I'm not sure what is left in West upper or South.
Away fans North stand is SOLD OUT in Liverpool. Ticket office say over 20,000 tickets have been sold. Some South stand seats available as well as parts of the east stand 11 + 10. They say it could reach 24,000 + How many Pool fans will be mixed in with Hull's ? Interesting.
The complaints have been about how the home stands would be full of away fans because we won't sell out our tickets. Until Saturday comes and we can see whether the ground is black and amber or red it's a bit soon to be saying anybody is right or wrong.
How come the Liverpool fans are so interested in this game anyway? I mean it's commendable, but why are we so exciting for them?
