I thought Sam was a bit uncomplimentary in his book about him? Basically called him a lazy cnut in training. Basically also said his attitude is wrong. I think Carroll and Bilic brushed off although Bilic indicated there was some truth.

I can't see it. I think Carroll would aim a bit higher than Sunderland too and would not join them regardless.
