Was into comics when I was younger, was big into my art so liked them for that more than the stories. I think all comic movies were very poor up to the original Spider-Man. I thought they done a great job with the sequel too but then it all went wrong after that. Batman Begins was a refreshing twist to the comic book genre with a darker tone and more realsitic than shooting lazers out of your eyes. It was geared towards a more mature audience and I think this was one of the reasons why the franchise became so popular. Now you hear of films or franchises getting a reboot with a "darker, grittier tone." It looks like this Spider-man is gonna do the same and I will no doubt go and see it but I'm not expecting much from it.
The villains are Tom Hardy as Bane and Anne Hathaway as Catwoman Last in the Batman series, but will no doubt get a reboot in a few years time.
