Bournemouth Headline Game II

Now is the time for the Public to step forward and decide which is the Best Headline. If the public don't get it right then the No Chance Rules Volumes 1-7 do apply in this game.

For those who have the brain of an amoeba (no not an Ameobi) the rules are as follows:

1. You only have one vote.
2. You can vote for yourself.
3. You are voting for the BEST headline.
4. On this occasion you can change your vote.
4. If there is a tie I have the deciding vote against which there is no appeal or whining. My decision is based on all relevant factors that I think are relevant.

May the second best headline win.

We come, once again, to the moment which lasts in the memories of those who have been successful and also in the minds of those who fail. Who has produced the best headline? The public has spoken and if nothing else this game listens to the public and respects their views and opinions. Sadly, not something which can be said about all the games on this site.

Let's see what the public want.

First, in the voting is that cherished chubby Oh Be Have. So, do we have a winner?

Sadly, no. Did Oh Be Have not "force" his way to the top. Well, yes he did but, and it's a big butt with Oh Be Have, did he do so within the spirit and integrity which are a crucial part of this game?

Sadly, no. Did Oh Be Have seek Sebb's permission to use his patented name? No. Did Oh Be Have seek No Chance's permission to use his image in the original submission? Again, no.

It is, therefore, with great sadness that Oh Be Have is disqualified for a serious breach of the rules which could potentially bring the good and honest name of this competition into disrepute.

Chaos, No Chance and Fredd were the others who managed to reach the final but collectively were unable to beat that foul fiend Oh Be Have's total of votes so clearly they didn't persuade the Public that their respective Headlines were the ones to select. They failed to capture the Public's love and, therefore, are not worthy to be acclaimed the winner in a Headline Game which many people dream to partake in; ask Jak Attack.

So where does that leave us? The first thing to do is to look closely at the entries and the entries which received the Public's vote. What clearly stands out is that there was something in Oh Be Have's entry which won the Public's heart. Was it the image of No Chance? Seriously though, the reason the Public voted for Oh Be Have's entry is obvious and it leaves me with no difficulty whatsoever to see that the Public were not voting for Oh Be Have's entry but in reality for the person named in it and it is for that reason that I am able to accept the Public's wishes and announce that the winner of this Headline Game is

This thread seems to have quickly gone downhill from "Sebb's Back! " to "Sebb's Back! "
