WJ - It annoys me when the English abroad demand things too, if I visit a country I respect there way of doing things. But... If I moved to live in another country and if I had children the chances are I would have to pay for them to attend private school if I wanted them to be taught in English and the English curriculum.

Do we demand a full English breakfast or do the Spanish tap into a market that is profitable for them? Demanding what is eaten at an English school can hardly be compared to tourism. I know the Jews don't eat pork but I haven't read them demanding it should not be served in schools?

Catholics and Christians - Not a lot of difference, we are certainly not a Muslim country although it feels like it in many parts of the UK and although I was certainly against what the IRA were doing it cannot be compared to ISIS
    http://christianity.net.au/questions/what_is_the_difference_between_catholics_and_christians

I disagree about the radicalisation being done mostly online, you're telling me that someone can wake up and think yes I fancy being a suicide bomber and supporting ISIS, research it and know where to get the guns and bombs from????

I respect your opinion WJ and I certainly don't want to get into a lengthy debate on religion but I honestly believe tearing down mosques and making us an unattractive destination for muslims would help in the long term, it might be hell for the first few years admitted.

Look at Bradford, Luton and other similar places, it doesn't even feel like England.

Think you mis-read what I wrote. Your link was the Pope intervening re. an IRA killer, not the people he killed. Did you think I wouldn't check the link? <doh>
Not a lot of Protestant objectors to choose from, was here? Exactly my point. Perhaps the Queen, as the head of the church, or a prominent NI spokesman like Iain Paisley might have been prime candidates.
Well done. Probably the only example ever. But what about each of the other outrages? That's the quality threshold you've set for 'the Muslims'?
They have been asked after every shooting to condemn them, & filed to do so. They have maintained that the right to own & use guns freely is more important than saving children's lives & refuse to waver from this. Don't you watch the news, as someone on here once famously said? Oh, that was you, wasn't it? <whistle>

Were the shooters all members of the NRA? If not has no bearing on this debate whatsoever.

And by the way Breaking news on the BBC http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/world-europe-34815972

A Greek government minister says the holder of a Syrian passport found at the scene crossed into the European Union through the Greek island of Leros in October.

Deputy public order minister Nikos Toskas, said in a statement:

On the case of the Syrian passport found at the scene of the terrorist attack, we announce that the passport holder passed from Leros on October 3 where he was identified based on EU rules ... We do not know if the passport was checked by other countries through which the holder likely passed.

So yes - they are new arrivals as a direct result of the migrant crisis - but you keep those eyes wide shut <doh>

These ****ers don't want to coexist with us. I am not religious in any way but these ****ers bend their faith and as far as they are concerned it's us or them. We need to feck totally before they are capable of doing it to us. It's going to be a war of anhilalation and ATM we are stronger than them, won't even that way forever. Let's get on with it while we are stronger...

Ah, so you're advocating genocide? Gotcha. Not as easy as you think. Ask Hitler. Or more recently Saddam. They'll tell you. If they could.

Whilst we keep pissing about they only get stronger and more organised. It really doesn't sit easy with me but we either wipe them our or they wipe us out.... I don't have to prove it, its what I have come to believe....

Sorry, missed your post, and I too don't want to be drawn in to this. I'm going to terminate TCs fishing expedition too. I must be clear that I'm most certainly not pro- muslim extremism any any such thing. I simply like to point holes in arguments & rail against injustice such as racism & oppression.

The main point I was making on your post is that destruction of mosques etc. is more likely to attract their attention than to rid yourself of it. It would be counter-productive. The God-fearing Muslim majority would be far more open to radicalisation in this scenario, which is exactly what we're trying to avoid. This Muslim extremism is not new, btw. It's been running for about 1000 years now, with varying levels of success. Perhaps we need to look into the ast to find the solution for the future.

As I posted to Ristac, this has been running for 1000 years now. I honestly believe that the answers for the future lie in the past. Someone, somewhere must have done something right to keep a lid on it for so long. Time for us all to learn again how to do it. Annihilation is not the way.

No, you are. But I want to talk about Leeds United on here. Please find another outlet for your far right propaganda. I'm getting sick of it.

I agree with this bit - multiculturalism does not work.

Let Europeans live in European States
    Arabs in arab states
    Africans in African States
Like we have for 1000s of years !!

Or it appears to have happened. We both know it's quite wthin the CIAs capability to make it appear that way, and it would most certainly suit them to have it that way. Let's just leave it at that.

I will explain because I think you're misinterpreting what I'm saying.
what I'm saying is just because some IRA terrorists planted bombs in Birmingham, Guildford and enniskillen, it doesn't mean every Irishman is a terrorist. Just because some British soldiers killed innocent people in Derry and Amritsar doesn't make every British man,or british soldier for that matter, a murderer.
Could you explain how what I said led you to the conclusion I support ISIS?
I presume from your age (tho I don't know it exactly ) that you were in the RAF during the height of the IRA campaign. If the British government had taken the action, that some on here are advocating taking against Muslims, against Irish people back then, you would never have been let into the RAF.
