That's the point for me. Religion is just the excuse. There's no God who advocates killing innocent people. The cowards doing this have nothing to do with whatever God they claim to believe in and just use "God" as an excuse to try and snatch land and power.
They are driven by being brainwashed into believing that only their interpretation of God and religion should prevail. To say that religion is not at the core of the problem is being very naive in my opinion.

I've just spoken to a gendarme mate in Antibes and he's been put on alert as people are coming onto the streets. He's saying the riot police are being mobilised and that there could be 200 people dead in Paris. There are already disturbances in Marseilles and Lyon. The Euros are in doubt and Parisiennes are being asked to stay off the streets until further notice. The gunmen are still on the loose in the capital. A huge blaze has been started in Calais. FFS ...........
There's been 2 suicide attacks, at least 3 gunmen in the concert hall and there's still some unaccounted for. There's obviously been a good few of them in on this one. BBC reporting roughly 150 dead at the moment.
Even moderate Muslims are ****ed off with the west. We've not done ourselves any favours over the years with our world policing, but this response is unacceptable. It's the rise of Wahhabism which is the problem. Wahhabis are a very small percentage of Muslims, though.
