    He'd have been fine in mainland Europe. May not have enjoyed the likes of Chopper Harris going through him week in week out in England though....<laugh>

    It certainly wasn't as important for south Americans to come to Europe back then as it is now.

    That's just one example,there was the behaviour of Argentina in 1966 when Alf Ramsey called them animals.Another famous example of South American thuggery was when Man Utd played Estudiantes (sic) in the World Club Championship in 1968/69
