Because he is a DM, but nothing about that goal was lucky. He did not shin it, ffs. He arrived late into he box, watched the ball onto his feet and placed it brilliantly. Again, which part of that goal was lucky?

Are you being dense on purpose ?

Perhaps you could answer my question, that might enlighten you.

I don't know how many times I have to explain this? Have you played this game?
The ball came down just perfectly for him, right in his stride! For about the only time in his entire career, he got it right. Just unlucky for us it had to be that night. 99 times out of 100 that goes into row Z.

Sometimes it just lands perfectly for you, right where you want it, and you almost can't **** it up. That was the night for Flamini!...

Nope, the technique to score that goal was perfect, no luck whatsoever.

<doh>. Proves nothing! Completely different skill set. A volley requires a lot more than a 30yd blast, for reasons I've given!...

This going around in circles is starting to bore me! Yes, he got one right for once in his career. Unfortunately, it was against us.

"Are you being dense on purpose ?"

The only dense thing being measured here is the degree to which
you have bought into the fallacy.

Point is he is no donkey, the guy is a good footballer, so he has the required skill to score different type of goals.

Bitter? Now that really is desperate!

His volley could have gone anywhere. You know it, so do I. It just came down perfectly for him, or row Z I'd where it would have been.

The only fallacy here is the narrative that Arsenal somehow managed to amass £200m in cash reserves immediately after they moved from Highbury.

Unless you'd like to prove otherwise ?

Give it up ! <laugh> It was a great goal, scored because Flamini had the skill and technique to put it exactly where he wanted it.

You claiming it was luck and could have gone into row Z is simply bitterness.
