She gets the fitted kitchen. I get the man shed/cave (with bar and accessories) and the spare room as my office/mancave. The deal is I don't go in her kitchen and she stays out of my caves (unless invited into the man bar in the new shed).
Bloody hell Happy .. OT but in the next couple of days 10,000 ... That's worth a new shed ain't it? I know there are many with more but still a great achievement. I wonder what percentage was about the Allams lol .... Just jesting.

haha..I am not married (been there many times and worn out the t-shirt) so it dunt count for me. If your not getting it from the missus...bin her. Unless you are quite happy not getting it off her.
