Hes not much addition Bucks but what can you expect we can get on loan in the striker department. No club is going to loan us a fit, in form, 20 goal a season striker. The likes of Lafferty is all there is. We gave away our last good one, McCormack

 

Lafferty has a decent international return, and a fair few of them in recent memory in a winning campaign for NI, which is why he's a name that sticks... but his goal record isn't the greatest outside of that.

Not unlike David Healy in that respect although a completely different type of player.

I would prefer no match if I'm honest. I'm sick of hearing managers bleating on about how the players have to play too many games in a season and then organise a match when they have a chance of a break...

It was nonly 11 Shaks based on various stuff. Likely got 9 which is gone, so were without his 20 goals a season guarantee and replacing him with ****e like Lafferty
