Right, I think we are getting somewhere.

As Tennis rightly points out, there may have been recruits, so not now 100%. But my views are fhat the folowing are Town aligned - at least at start of play

I was surprised at some reactions to the town getting a pasting last night ....just saying

Plus the on going day by day ..counter agreed strategy voting patterns...

If you are basing that on those people pushing for answers, can you not see links? We were trying to whittle down and connect the dots. Gerrez was also one one of those challenging and liking all those posts too. Gerrez was town.

Tavern need to wipe their eyes and drink some coffee and then look through this thread.

 

Right I have meetings for a coiple of hours. Hopefully you guys can start figuring some stuff out. I've done what I can tohelp you.

And again, re voting patterns, bear in mind:

Night 1. 6 people couldn't vote as in lock up, plus for most town, alliances are totally unknown.
Night 2. Chaos cused chaos and made loads of people jump on him - nobody is comfortable with a SK
Night 3. 2 people couldn't vote due to chapple visit. Brb, Tash and Albert were prime suspects due to behaviour. Albert flipping out drew loads of late attention, so extras jumped on. Brb and Tash were both bandits.
Night 4. Again, all the attention was on ACS. Even though some of us felt uncomfortable with it, it seemed crazy not to lynch him. It was unanimous.

 

Some more unsure than others mind ..and gave no problem with trying to find answers ...but there has been some 'odd' strategy pushing/supporting of ppl etc ..but nowt major

Hell Obi ..if it was all that clear we all wouldn't be sitting on day 5 going ...jesus Christ we really haven't a clue....


I think town have been led a merry dance from a 'overtly participating ..ie a likely ..townie or two'

Felt it from day one ..but it was only ever a niggle/hunch ...not even getting to ..A pretty damn sure

Yes, that will do. We are arguing the same point really. It just seems they had to be extra careful how they were allowed to do it. Re numbers, you are assuming they know the priest. It might be 4, or maybe 5. Either way it's a strong group. Which can easily be made stronger.

 

I think most of us are pretty crap at this game. Except whoever pulled off that stunt with ACS. if it were BRB, then it backfired, so still makes him crap too. No way is he getting any glory.

Nope, I'm not part of the tavern team and can confirm (without breaking any rules I hope) that I have an individual QT board, I'm hoping by me saying this that this confirms my role to you.

 

I've got no ideas who we're voting guys, I'm not gonna be on between 7pm - 9pm though as I'm out this evening so you need to let me know the voting strategy before then.

Only two people I have 100% towns reads on and they're Sir Tennis and the Priest, I've not been given any indication to suggest this thought process is incorrect.

That's right, we need the tavern team to guide us now.

 

Surely the plan should be to get one of these to visit the Priest. If they're bandits then the lose a vote the following night and if they're town we have a definite confirmation on them. Even with their non vote we'd still out number the bandits, yes?

I accept I'm included on this list and I can't visit the chapel so there is bound to be suspicion regarding me. Given how well the bandits played the ACS situation I'd say it makes perfect sense that they haven't "turned" me, reason being I'd be high on your suspect list for that very reason so they're hoping/expecting you to vote me off, hence I haven't been recruited.

 

This worries me. I fear that somebody else from Town might be getting a burning itch in their pants tonight/tomorrow. Hoping it's not me. How am I going to explain that to the missus?

 

An extra way for Tavern to confirm they are town and not bandits: Tell us up front who will die from syphilis tonight.

 

Nasty Nev won't allow that I'm sure.

 

GCB, I think we have narrowed the field already.

Bod, Nobby, Gooner and Mikey are seemingly linked. Unless @Mikey refutes this, I am fairly convinced.
For the benefit of doubt, I'll break this into 3.

Excuding Sbb and Musty for the moment, out of original roles, that leaves

DPP
Astro
Biscan

2 of those must be bandits, with one townie. B
bst case scenario, all 3 bandits IF they happened to convert that Townie.

For now, I am keeping Musty and Sebb away, but their need to be on our radar as I don't know their purpose. But priority seems to be seek the bandits.

The key has to be finding links fot DPP, Astro and Biscan. One may be innocent, but not 2. That said, they will be rival gangs, so the links won't be to each other but to the gang members who have died.Thatmight be harder to trace.

either way, we have 3 fairly clear groupings. A
- n association of 4.
-Then GCB, Tennis and me.
- Then DPP, Biscan and Astro making up the 'others'

If that doesn't help the Tavern I don't know what will.

For beneift of doubt, and to prove this, I am happy to be in a tied lynch with DPP, Biscan and Astro.

That way you may learn a lot. At best, I think they each have one person trying to save them. Unless Musty or Sebb try to sway, which brings them back into the equation.

What does everyone think to this?

And NEV I have tried to be careful about not giving away specific roles here, so I believe I am working within the rules. Up to you.
