Off Topic Coyote Canyon Game Thread

The sheriff could announce who he is and where he'll be tonight, the doc could then protect him and we'll have someone with good shooting that can't be killed. I accept this is risky but still an option, or no?

As yesterday ..The gunsmith and the tavern are the best places to defend and concentrate firepower

Gunsmith to allow townies to remove cash from game by bullet buying
Tavern due to income and it becoming a more and more tempting target due to no coachmen removing cash ....

If townie traders are through most their cash ..defend the tavern alone..if traders still have a whack of cash buy bullets and defend both places

I would suggest the sheriff takes money from here and pops it 8nto the bank ..and we defend the bank tomorrow (this is assuming the sheriff can fo that ..and the event sequence means any cash sheriff takes to bank is safe from attack ...I have only skim read those specific rules days ago)

At least Albert is putting up a fight. Against one of the two people to NOT vote for him.

 

HOWEVER, all but 2 on him is worrying. Either bandits are happy to sacrifice him, given now obvious it is. Or mayyyyybe he is innocent. I just can't see it though.

Tomorrow he will be a standard trader with a high accuracy that only gets used if he is attacked. Or would he be able to visit the gunsmith each night?

Not sure why that is concerning? Bodanki and Cym are backing each other up and also naming Nobby and Mikey. Only two teams have (or could have) four members. If they're bad guys, they've killed themselves.

 

As said many times, they'd be crazy to try and save him. It would be suicide!

Potion the sheriff up as gcb suggested ...(just don't announce location)

From tomorrow when sheriff is highest accuracy civilian ..I would do the same (potion)but have him defend a high value location

 

Assuming it was a vigilante kill last night (I think it was)...

If the vigilante strikes tonight, it won't matter if he somehow let's people know who he is will it? He'd have used his two attacks and would need others to attack him to utilise his last three bullets wouldn't he? Would give us another known innocent then.

IF we potion the sheriff up I agree we shouldn't communicate where he might be. Let him decide that.
Question is whether the doc leaves himself exposed is a good idea?
