Off Topic Coyote Canyon Game Thread

I'm in no way refusing since I have nothing to hide. However, that would mean we can't vote again tomorrow. I posted the possible numbers before. There could be six bandits out there right now, that would mean there are eleven townies. ACS is going to die but his bandit team could recruit to replace him (10-6). If we lose two or three townies (8-6 or 7-6), votes may be very important.

I'm happy to do what people wish. I could do with some input from the priest on this one!


Edit: just seen Tennis' post. We can't visit the priest again anyway, its a once per game action.

 

And do what with ACS? If you mean instruct to shoot him instead, then why put the sheriff/vigilante into an unnecessary gunfight with other potential bandits? Plus in the order of events, bandits can kill before the vigilante if that is their chosen action. So putting people at risk if we don't lynch a known bandit.

 

If they recruited, why didn't they act as well? Rules say recruitment is a team leader action. It also says actions are passed to the next highest ranked member if someone dies.

They had three members yesterday. In your scenario... BRB hung, their leader recruited and the third guy did...?

I think you're giving the bandits too much credit, you may be right but they may not have realised that the #2 gets lynched if they rescue ACS.
Perhaps ACS was the gang leader and he just made the call to save himself regardless...

Didn't realise you could only visit once, but I do think it would have helped provide clarity on me and Gerrez as IMO one of us was most likely to be turned and I know it's not me because I still have my original role.

Again, doesn't mean I'm now pointing fingers at Gerrez, it just would have given me, him and the priest 100% trust again.

 

Brb and Tash were both killed, so maybe their selected actions didn't take place. What were their exact roles again? Twatface Nev hasn't updated p1 and I don't which page the nightfall summary was on.
But their actions may have been limited with 2 down. Arsonist has 50% chance of accuracy so mah have failed.

I think our strongest play could be to ask at least one person we have doubts about to visit the priest. If they're town there is no need to refuse, we know the priest can't be turned so it would then give me, Gerrez and the priest a definite answer on if said visitor is a town member or a bandit.

If it was a vigilante kill the question remains, If Leader who recruited, BRB and Tash were the remaining three Donaldson's, why didn't Tash act? Lack of money maybe...?


I'm certain ACS is a Donaldson

 

This would also help provide clarity over me and Gerrez, as if the priest discovers a bandit we'd follow the priest's lead when it comes to voting, the only we this wouldn't happen is if we'd been turned.

If Gerrez hasn't already been turned, it would also prevent me and him being turned tonight as we'd be able to flush either me or him out (if one of us gets turned tonight) very quickly.
